Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:
- Customers must contact us by email to initiate any return request.
- We do not provide return shipping labels in cases where the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind, incorrect address provided, etc.).
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Issues (Lost or Damaged Items)
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim.
All shipments are insured, which means:
- Customers can claim the full value of the order directly from USPS.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will review the issue and guide you on the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must still be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With tags and proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
